PEIP Open Enrollment for January

You do not need to take any action unless you are electing health insurance coverage, want to cancel health insurance coverage, want to add or remove dependents, or want to change networks. If you are only wanting to change your primary care clinic, you can do that by calling the phone number on your ID card at any time.

• You must complete an open enrolment form via Droplet by 4:00pm on Friday November 14, 2025.

• Please note that clinics may have changed benefit levels and this may impact your deductibles and copayments. Verify with your carrier (Blue Cross or Health Partners) or access the link here to go to the Innovo website. The “2026 Clinic Directory” link for clinics is on the right side of the page. Some clinic benefits levels have changed.

Login to the Employee Access Center and view “deductions and benefits” button under the “salary and benefits” button on the left hand side. You will see deduction titles that include HSA or High.

During this open enrollment you can only make changes to your PEIP medical insurance and your Health Savings Account (HSA) plan. Changes to other benefits can only be made with a qualifying life event or during open enrollment in the spring, effective 7/1/26.
