We do this with a focus on cost containment, open competition and transparency while ensuring processes that align with federal and state law, board policy, administrative procedure, and our strategic priorities.

General Information about Bid/Proposal Notices
Purchase of goods and/or services of $175,000 or more will be publicly advertised on this website and in the designated official newspaper of Osseo Area Schools.
After simultaneously advertising bids/proposals on both the website and in the newspaper for a six-month period, commencing February 1, 2023, bids will be advertised on this page only. (Minnesota Statute 331A.03)
Effective August 1, 2023, bids/proposals may be advertised in the newspaper at the discretion of the district, in addition to this website. However, it is not a requirement after simultaneously publishing bid for a six-month period.
