All Abilities Resource Fair to take place Feb. 19
Join Osseo Area Schools in partnership with Brooklyn Park Recreation & Parks on Thursday, Feb. 19 for the annual All Abilities Resource Fair!
Date: Thursday, Feb. 19
Time: 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Location: Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center, 5600 85th Ave. N. Brooklyn Park
Cost: Free
Individuals with disability-related needs, families and caregivers are invited to explore a wide range of inclusive community resources, services and programs designed for all ages and abilities. Offerings include exhibitors and resources on educational and family support, adaptive sports and camps, housing and employment services and more.
Additional Information:
- Language Interpreting Services, including American Sign Language, will be available
- Osseo Area School District case managers will provide a ‘make & take’ activity
- Osseo Area School District Educational Support Professionals will provide supervised childcare in the sensory room
- Light refreshments will be available
Note for attendees: The All Abilities Resource Fair is a public event taking place at a city building – the Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center. Similar to our schools, safety protocols are in place should Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrive on site. Please reach out if you have any questions.
