Apply now for 2026–27 preschool programs

Families with children who will turn 3 or 4 on or before Sept. 1, 2026 are encouraged to apply now for Osseo Area Schools’ preschool and prekindergarten programs for the 2026–27 school year.

Apply by Jan. 31

• Four Star Express full day prekindergarten plus child care 

Apply by noon Feb. 13

• Preschool for Threes, Preschool for Three to Fives, Nature Preschool and Prekindergarten for Fours

Tuition-Free Prekindergarten for four year olds  

• Birch Grove School for the Arts (magnet school): Second lottery application window is Jan. 21-March 11. 
• Applications received for non-magnet schools will be processed in the order they arrive at the Enrollment Center. Non-magnet schools include: Edinbrook, Elm Creek, Fair Oak, Garden City, Oak View, Palmer Lake, Park Brook elementary schools and Zanewood Community: A STEAM School.
