District 279 Foundation's Grant Committee Trustees strive to make the grant process as easy as possible for any district employee, school volunteer or community member to submit an application for consideration. District 279 Foundation seeks to support innovative and creative projects that align with the following focus areas: Enhance Curriculum, Experiential Learning or Contribute to Community. Fun fact: During the 2024-25 school year, 45 innovative and creative projects received funding of over $64,000 from District 279 Foundation. Review the list of sites and projects that received funding.

Reading is Fun 5K is Saturday, Oct. 4

The Reading is Fun 5K, presented by Northstar Bus Lines, is coming soon. The course begins at Maple Grove Crimson Stadium, follows a Three Rivers Park trail, winds through the neighborhood and ends back at the stadium. Proceeds will support Osseo Area Schools' media centers. Register today to join the fun!
