Schools host bingo for students and families

Nothing brings out the competitive spirit quite like a school bingo night, where staff, families and students unite under a single goal: yelling ‘BINGO!’ louder than anyone else in the room. Schools across the district have been hosting Bingo nights in recent weeks, bringing their community together for a night of celebration and fun, including Brooklyn Middle STEAM School (BMS) and Fernbrook and Rush Creek elementary schools.
At BMS, the bulldog mascot was present on Nov. 13 as families enjoyed bingo, snacks and a silent auction. At Fernbrook, students ate pizza while listening to numbers being called out in a packed gym on Nov. 14. At Rush Creek, students enjoyed bingo in the gym and a DJ dance party in the cafeteria on Nov. 14.
